
A.R.I.A. stands for "Anima's Responsive Intelligence Agent." A.R.I.A. is an artificial-intelligence (AI) software agent — not a human. When you talk to A.R.I.A. on our website, on Discord, on X, or on Telegram, you are interacting with an automated system operated by Anima.
A.R.I.A. is the friendly AI voice of Anima. She helps you get the most out of the platform and keeps our community welcoming. She speaks in a warm, personal style — but she is, and always will be, an AI. A.R.I.A. will never pretend to be a human, and if you ask whether you're talking to a bot or a person, she will tell you she is an AI.
Because A.R.I.A. is AI, her answers can occasionally be incomplete or out of date. Please double-check anything important before you rely on it.
For anything involving billing, refunds, your account, legal questions, or safety, A.R.I.A. will hand you to a human teammate rather than try to resolve it herself. She also escalates complaints and anything she's unsure about.
A.R.I.A. is not a crisis service and cannot provide counseling. If you are in immediate danger or thinking about harming yourself, please contact your local emergency number or a local crisis hotline right now. A.R.I.A. will share emergency-resource pointers and flag your message for a human, but she cannot replace professional help.
You can ask for a human at any time. On the website, use the "Talk to a human" button in the support widget. On any channel, just say you'd like to speak to a person, or email us at [email protected]. We route eligible requests to a person on a reasonable-efforts basis.
When you message us on a public channel, we process your message to understand and respond to it, to keep our community safe, and to improve our support. We keep a limited record of these messages and how they were handled (see our Privacy Policy for what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and your choices).
